The key aspect of the visit was the training session on organizing Sales Labs and their applications in both educational and research fields. Due to the Sales Lab Introduction and Showcase provided on the first day by the Austrian colleagues (Alexander Eigner, Betina Bock and Johannes Reiterer) and then presented on the next day topic “EyeTracking in scientific and teaching context” (lead by Florian Goller) the Armenian and Georgian participants learned about the main features of practical applications of the hard and software tools to be provided by the Erasmus+ “LISS24” project for enhancing appropriate educational processes at the project partner universities.
The introductory learning part of the training was finalized with a valuable and quite productive practical workshop conducted by the Austrian colleagues in the afternoon part of the second day. It allowed the Armenian and Georgian partners to focus on exercising the details of the tools and educational technologies that are used at FHWN Salas Lab for training the students (mainly Masters) in innovative sales competences, and to understand how these tools, detecting and measuring emotional responses and their strength in individuals, can support research and teaching efforts aimed at the developing and improving sales strategies, enhancing market research, and boosting students' skills in sales negotiations and better understanding of marketing situations.
